Hi, my name is melo and I’m diagnosed with severe depression, anxiety, ED, PTSD and probably other undiagnosed conditions. I’m also dealing with suicidal thoughts and it’s really hard for me right now because age regression is a BIG trigger for me right now because of past ab*se and I don’t have the choice to deal with the trauma because I’m stuck with regressing a lot involuntary, so I have to learn how to get back to normal and not having panic attacks because agere was my healthy coping mechanism before

My triggers

•Age regression; that’s why I’m getting slowly back into it to create new memories about it to rid of what traumatized me when I got absed while regressed
• Sex related things, especially when I’m in littlespace
• Paw patrol, the Octonauts, Peppa pig
• Petnames (always ask someone before you call them something even if it’s cute like « princess », « kitten », « bunny », etc)
• Rough subjects like rpe, pdophelia, child abse, s*x
